Once upon a time if a person wanted to send you an important message that need your immediate
attention {Good news or bad}, they would send you a “Telegram”. So, let’s do it again!
Here’s how it works
1. Simply email or Fax us your message to {Huffproductions@Yahool.com} / Fax: 202-529-7098 on
your business or personal letterhead.
2. We will contact you to confirm the receipt of your request and to assure accuracy. {Unless
otherwise instructed} Request must include the following information: {Your name, address {Home or
work}, Phones, Email, Fax
3. The message can be no longer than {1} paragraph long. {Or 2 minutes long…}
4. We will decide the best way to relay the message be it ‘Spoke word” or in the form of a
song. {If you would like to have the message send in a song format or done to a back ground song of
your choice… {Assuming we have the track available} we must have atlases 3 days notice to
arrange this. Otherwise, we will choose the appropriate music to accompany your message.} It will be in

5. Topics / Subjects we will relay:
• Birthday wishes
• Anniversaries
• Wedding / engagement announcements
• At-a-boys / girls {For a job/ project well done}

• If you would like us to deliver a gift / flowers with the message, additional charges will apply.
{For security reasons; any and all gifts MUST be visible and unwrapped}. And of good
taste!
We will not deliver or transmit the following types of messages or items!
• Pornography
• Messages that relate to Death, Harm, Prejudice, Racism, Religion.
• Bad luck wishes, Legal notices or Documents, Divorce notices or announcements
• Loss of employment or the like.
• Items / gifts that we can not view the contents or that may contain item{s} deemed, {by our
judgment} to be a security risk, Harmful, of bad taste, unwrapped food items, or the like.
